Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Charon Hawkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Li Xiao Hu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Li Xiao Hu!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hawkins moves into the clinch successfully.

Xiao Hu breaks from the clinch.
Hawkins tests Xiao Hu's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Xiao Hu throws a sloppy head kick
and Hawkins counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Xiao Hu scores with a push kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Xiao Hu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Xiao Hu closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Hawkins fails to pull guard.
Xiao Hu has Hawkins pressed against the cage, preventing Hawkins from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Xiao Hu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hawkins lands with a nice body punch.
Hawkins attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Xiao Hu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The fighters circle momentarily. Hawkins darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Hawkins throws a body punch but Xiao Hu moves out of range.
Hawkins shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Hawkins throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Xiao Hu holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Xiao Hu tries a knee to the head but Hawkins blocks it.
Xiao Hu is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Xiao Hu wants to break the clinch but can't.
Hawkins keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Xiao Hu's efforts to push away.

Xiao Hu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Hawkins avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hawkins lands a leg kick that knocks Xiao Hu off balance momentarily.
Xiao Hu darts in trying to clinch
and Hawkins counters with a left to the body.
Xiao Hu looks gassed!
Xiao Hu takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Hawkins getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Xiao Hu tries to clinch but Hawkins moves out of range.
Hawkins lands a big head kick that sends Xiao Hu to the canvas! Hawkins follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
