The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Clooten.
Christian Clooten seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Clooten working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kayo's head.
Kayo wants to sweep but no luck.

Kayo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Clooten is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kayo is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kayo has escaped and now he's on top!

Kayo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Clooten has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kayo has managed to get both his arms back between Clooten's legs - danger averted.

and Kayo counters with a crisp one two that drops Clooten! Kayo thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Clooten to his feet! Clooten is in big trouble!

Clooten is rocked!
Kayo moves in close and cracks Clooten with a massive right hand! Clooten, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Kayo!
