The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

and Blocko counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Zilla Kong has been cut.

Kong jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Blocko walks away with a smile on his face. Kong gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Blocko uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Zilla Kong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blocko has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Blocko there as he acknowledges the shot.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Blocko's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Blocko counters with a good low kick that Kong was not able to check.

Kong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Blocko moves away.
Blocko lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Kong has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Blocko avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Zilla Kong's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
