Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tong Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Spartacus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr Spartacus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Po throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Spartacus.

It looks like Mr Spartacus has been cut.
Spartacus misses with a kick to the body
and Po counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Spartacus scores with a hook to the body. Po takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Spartacus throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Spartacus walks forward, straight into a front kick from Po.
Spartacus takes a swing at Po's ribcage but misses.
Po throws a leg kick

and Spartacus counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Spartacus throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Spartacus is pressing down on Po's thigh, looking to free his foot. Po is holding on for now.
Po is trying to control but Spartacus passes into side control!

Spartacus lands a decent elbow from side control.

Spartacus decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Spartacus waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Po.

Spartacus closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Po quickly recovers to half guard.
Nice strikes from Spartacus there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Spartacus stands up and beckons Po to join him on the feet.
Spartacus lands a slapping body shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Spartacus throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Spartacus is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Po rather than just go for the knockout.
Spartacus throws a good cross that connects.
Po throws a head kick that misses

and Spartacus counters with a single leg into guard. Po didn't expect that.
Spartacus sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Po's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Po is breathing heavily.

Spartacus escapes and gets back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Po has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Po there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Tong Po has been cut.
Spartacus connects with the punch.
Spartacus scores with a crisp jab that stopped Po in his tracks.
Spartacus cracks a nice hook into Po's ribs.

Po gets caught flat footed, as Spartacus shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Spartacus passes into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Spartacus working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Po tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Spartacus manages to move to mount!

Spartacus pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Spartacus has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Spartacus landing strikes from the mount and Po is in trouble!

Po is rocked!

Tong Po's cut is getting worse.
Spartacus drops a big elbow. That's hurt Po! More shots from Spartacus and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
