The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for LePew with that takedown attempt.
LePew misses with a takedown attempt
letting Tonq counter with a right hand.
LePew with a lazy takedown attempt
and Tonq counters with a left to the body.
Terry Tonq has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pepe LePew.
LePew shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tonq counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and LePew counters with a single leg into guard. Tonq didn't expect that.

LePew postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

LePew is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Tonq is trying to escape and LePew transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Tonq is forced to tap! Nice work there by LePew! Very nice indeed!
