Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Cracker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Finnick Carmelo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cracker throws a head kick that misses
and Carmelo makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Carmelo drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cracker pulls his leg out and moves away.

and Cracker counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Carmelo!

Carmelo is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Cracker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Carmelo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Carmelo might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Cracker kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Cracker on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cracker tries to get out of the position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Carmelo jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Cracker manages to avoid the submission attempt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Cracker tries to buck Carmelo off but Carmelo is having none of it.

Carmelo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cracker swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Carmelo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
