Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pure White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dante Jericho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Jericho with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling White to score with a decent uppercut.

Jericho's hands are dropping dangerously low here and White connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jericho scrambles back to his feet.

White is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Jericho takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

White thuds his right hand into Jericho's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

White lands a big right hand that sends Jericho crashing to the mat! White stays standing though and waves Jericho back to his feet!

Jericho is trying desperately to land a takedown but White is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jericho.

White drops Jericho with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jericho looks back up at him and smiles so White waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Jericho is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.

White jabs Jericho to the body, keeping him at a distance.

White connects with a good right hand that stumbles Jericho. Jericho circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
White stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
White takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Jericho has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
A punch lands to the side of Jericho 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Jericho takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
White connects with a right hand. Jericho shakes it off.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts White, as that shot connected.

White lands a nice hook to Jericho's body. Jericho takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Jericho closes the distance and clinches up with White, looking for a takedown. Jericho pushes White against the cage but White circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

White connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jericho's hands.

White is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
White lands with a hook. Jericho tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

White is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jericho can do to turn this around?
White uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jericho has time to react.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting White here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
White's jab looks to have found its range, popping Jericho under the eye.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Jericho might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, White has got the better of the exchanges.

White dances in with a quick combination. Jericho is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from White snaps Jericho's head back. Jericho stumbles backwards against the cage. White steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Jericho's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Jericho just didn't come prepared.
