Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Travis Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Romerio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Travis Price!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Julio Romerio!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Romerio.
Romerio shoots and misses

Romerio closes the distance and pushes Price back into the cage.

Romerio is looking to control Price's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Romerio avoid being mounted?

Romerio is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Price defends well.

The crowd cheers as Romerio lands an impressive looking overhand right. Price doesn't seem phased though.

Price fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Romerio sprawls well initially but Price persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Romerio tries to roll over but Price keeps him under control.
Price throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Price is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Romerio is just riding it out for now. Price eventually gives up the hold.
