The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheilds moves out of range as Winslow strikes.
Sheilds throws a leg kick but Winslow sees it coming and moves out of range.

Winslow closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Sheilds to the mat! Sheilds manages to get full guard.
Sheilds manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
