PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bono Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mateusz Molibdenowy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Molibdenowy has chosen Hemp Gru - HWDP as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones has Molibdenowy up against the cage in a clinch.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jones enables Molibdenowy to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jones manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

It looks like Mateusz Molibdenowy has been cut.

Jones looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well, if Jones is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Jones is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Molibdenowy can do to turn this around?

Jones lands a nice shot that snaps Molibdenowy's head back.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jones closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jones lands in his opponent's guard.
Jones is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
