Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Genkichirou Genji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ikuhisa Minowa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Genji comes to the cage accompanied by Sarah Brightman - Time To Say Good Bye . Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Ikuhisa Minowa enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shigeki Fujiwara and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minowa looking to land some kicks to the body here.

letting Genji counter with a right hand.
Minowa throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Minowa swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Genji.

Genji ducks straight into an uppercut from Minowa and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Genji manages to regain guard straight away.

Minowa thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Minowa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Genji. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Genji is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Genji escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Minowa gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Minowa is pushing down on Genji's leg trying to pass to half guard. Genji is fighting to maintain full guard but Minowa has managed to sneak the leg through.

Minowa fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Genji to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Genji looks to clinch but Minowa throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Genji taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
