The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryda drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ryda works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Pilgrim knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ryda on the ground.
Ryda wants to take a breather but Pilgrim is having none of it.

Ryda is trying to drag Pilgrim to the mat but Pilgrim just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

That was a close second round but I would say that Scott Pilgrim will probably get the nod.
