Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Augusto Borges (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Colquhoun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Colquhoun has chosen The Offspring - Bad Habit as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Colquhoun.
Borges moves to clinch but Colquhoun breaks away
and Colquhoun counters with a nice double leg into side control. Borges won't be happy with that.
Colquhoun tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Colquhoun throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Borges works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Borges gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Colquhoun prevents Borges from getting back to his feet.
Borges trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Colquhoun postures up and lands a big shot to Borges's brow.
Borges wants to stand but Colquhoun is controlling the position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Colquhoun's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Colquhoun postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Colquhoun tries to free his leg and advance position but Borges is retaining full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Augusto Borges just wasn't active enough.
Colquhoun shoots in and bounces Borges off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Colquhoun closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Colquhoun is trying to ground and pound but Borges uses the momentary lack of control by Colquhoun to regain half guard.
Colquhoun is looking to advance position but Borges won't allow it.
Colquhoun prevents Borges from standing back up.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Colquhoun works his way into full mount!
Colquhoun postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Borges looks a forlorn figure.

Colquhoun is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Borges can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Borges is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Colquhoun has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Borges's face.

Robert Colquhoun has got the better of the ground game so far.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Colquhoun softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Borges is out cold! Colquhoun jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
