Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diego Guerra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naseem Hamed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guerra's entrance music is Feeling This - Blink 182. A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guerra takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Guerra closes the distance and clinches up with Hamed, looking for a takedown. Guerra pushes Hamed against the cage but Hamed circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Hamed wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Hamed tries to clinch

and Guerra counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Hamed tries to kick Guerra off but Guerra keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Guerra is trying to work for a kimura but Hamed is defending well.

Guerra looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Guerra is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hamed is just riding it out for now. Guerra eventually gives up the hold.
Hamed really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Guerra. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Guerra is breathing heavily.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Guerra is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Hamed has managed to free his arm - good work.
Guerra is looking to take a break and control but Hamed is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Guerra passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hamed!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hamed wants to get back to his feet.

Guerra has hold of Hamed's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hamed manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Hamed wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Guerra.
Guerra throws some wild stikes that Hamed manages to avoid easily.
Hamed is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Guerra is really struggling to control Hamed but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Guerra wants to control but Hamed has made it back to half guard. Nice work.
Guerra frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Guerra throws a wild left hand from mount and Hamed manages to wriggle his way back to half guard.

A close round but Naseem Hamed will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Hamed counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Hamed tries to clinch up but Guerra circles away and keeps his distance.

Hamed lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Horrible takedown by Guerra or perhaps it was just good defense by Hamed which made him look bad.
Hamed is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Guerra shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hamed defends it nicely.

Hamed tries to clinch but Guerra moves out of range.

Hamed working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Oh Guerra is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hamed lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Hamed lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Guerra to his knees! Hamed keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
