Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gerald Egans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hade Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wood is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mama Said Knock You Out. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wood connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Egans misses with a few strikes there.
Wood misses with a two punch combination.

and Wood counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Wood.
Egans is trying to keep Wood in close.

Egans escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Wood gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Wood postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Egans in real trouble here! The ref calls for Egans to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
