Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rolles Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matheus Borges (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rolles Morrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matheus Borges!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Morrison moves into range and clinches up with Borges.

Morrison successfully pulls guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Borges's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Borges throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Morrison works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Morrison avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Borges throwing strikes but missing.
Borges trying to control but Morrison is working from the bottom.

Morrison escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Borges gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Borges works over Morrison with some ground and pound from guard.
Borges connects with a couple of short punches.
Morrison working a defensive guard here.
Morrison wants to stand and escape but Borges is having none of it.
Morrison is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Borges pushes Morrison off looking to stand but Morrison dives back in and keeps control.

Morrison stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Borges gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Morrison moves into the clinch.
Morrison tries for a takedown. No joy.
Borges has had enough of the clinch but Morrison keeps him there for the moment.
Borges is pressed up against the cage. Morrison has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Borges down to the mat. Borges avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Borges throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Morrison cracks the inside of Borges's front leg.
Borges looks gassed!
Borges doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Morrison counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Matheus Borges has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Morrison drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Morrison misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Morrison wants to control but Borges is keeping him busy.

Morrison has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Morrison moves into the clinch.
Borges tries to break free but Morrison pushes him back against the cage.
Borges wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Morrison pulls guard effortlessly.

Morrison is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Borges has his hands clasped together but Morrison extends an breaks Borges's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Morrison.
