PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Willians Trautman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Slayton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trautman comes to the cage accompanied by Bolt Thrower - No guts, no glory. Andrew Slayton has the eye of the tiger tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrew Slayton!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Slayton lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Trautman is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Slayton is just riding it out for now. Trautman eventually gives up the hold.

No joy there for Slayton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Slayton counters with a good low kick that Trautman was not able to check.

Trautman's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Slayton connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Trautman scrambles back to his feet.
Slayton works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Trautman shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Slayton is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Oooooh!!! Slayton has knocked Trautman down with a huge combo! Slayton steps away and waves a wobbly Trautman back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Slayton drops Trautman with a big left hand! Trautman is injured, injured bad! Slayton jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
