Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brass Knuckles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Still (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knuckles's entrance music is One 24. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Still lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Knuckles circles away quickly and effectively.
Knuckles uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Still.
Still works the jab nicely.
Knuckles tries to land a front kick but Still steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Still will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Still blocks a jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Still takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Still cracks a nice hook into Knuckles's ribs.

Still fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Knuckles is out of range.
Matt Still seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Still closes the distance and clinches up with Knuckles, looking for a takedown. Still pushes Knuckles against the cage but Knuckles circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Still changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Brass Knuckles is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Still misses with a hook to the body
and Knuckles counters with a head kick that drops Still to the mat! Still scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Good work by Still as he checks the leg kick.
Still bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Still throws a right hand that Knuckles ducks under and follows up with a left that Knuckles also avoids with ease.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
The fight stays on the outside here - Still looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Still throws a hook but Knuckles avoids it easily.
Knuckles takes a swing at Still's ribcage but misses.
Still thows a body shot but no joy.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Still goes for a takedown in the clinch but Knuckles prevents it.

That kick from Still tenderised Knuckles's leg. Knuckles is trying to keep his angry face on.
Knuckles throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Still tries to move into range but Knuckles moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Knuckles tests Still's chin there with a solid looking shot.

and Still counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Still slips a straight right by Knuckles.
Still lands a jab to the nose.
Still digs a good body shot into Knuckles's ribs.
Knuckles misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Still tries to clinch
and Knuckles counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Matt Still is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Knuckles throws a series of punches but Still avoids them all with ease.

Knuckles is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Knuckles is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Still jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Knuckles throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Still counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Knuckles throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Knuckles circles away from the clinch attempt.

Knuckles breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Knuckles counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Knuckles lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Matt Still has been cut.
Still is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Still swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Knuckles counter with a right hand.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Still wants to clinch.
Still fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

The cut man is working on Matt Still's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Knuckles throws a low kick, looking for Still's leg but Still calmly moves out of range.
Knuckles throws a head kick that misses.
Still scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Still throws an overhand right that lands on Knuckles's shoulder, as Knuckles tries to avoid the shot.

and Still counters with a nice double leg into side control. Knuckles won't be happy with that.
The ground and pound from Still seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Knuckles is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Still is controlling him well.
Still tries for a kimura but Knuckles is defending well.

Knuckles is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Still asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Knuckles is looking to reverse the position.
Still tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Poor strikes thrown by Still there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Knuckles avoids a series of strikes thrown by Still.
Brass Knuckles is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Knuckles tries to reverse the position but Still maintains control.
Still pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Still lands a big shot there that rocks Knuckles but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Still lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Still misses with some ground and pound and Knuckles recovers position to half guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Still is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Knuckles tries to kick Still off but Still keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Still missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Still wants to pass the guard but Knuckles is defending well.
