Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wes Sims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Bater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sims's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Eminem, Xzibit, & Nate Dogg - Say My Name. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Bater finds it's way through Sims's defenses.

Bater manages to reverse the position and now he's in Sims's guard. Nice work there by Bater.
Bater must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Bater gets to his feet. Sims looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Sims fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bater sprawls well initially but Sims persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sims lands a nice short elbow.

Bater is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Horrible takedown by Bater or perhaps it was just good defense by Sims which made him look bad.
Bater bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Bater shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sims but Sims pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Sims is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Bater is hurt! He's hurt bad - Sims fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Bater from any more punishment! Congratulations to Sims! Great finish!
