Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lens sizes up Kong with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Kong dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

and Lens counters with a takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lens tries for a kimura but Kong is defending well.
You can see the frustration on Kong's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Kong is looking to regain half guard here but Lens keeps moving and retains side control.
Kong is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Lens has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kong's face.

Lens is landing with some decent strikes but Kong is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Lens blocks Kong's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.

Lens is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kong is surviving well by controlling Lens's body position as best he can.

Lens is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kong can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Lens cracks Kong with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Kong is bucking up trying to escape but Lens cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Lens takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
