The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Cari shoots for a takedown but Ali saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ali throws a series of punches but Cari moves out of range.
Ali stuffs the takedown attempt from Cari. Cari gets slowly back to his feet.

Ali closes the distance and clinches.
Ali is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Ali wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cari has him pressed against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Cari's face as he tries to break the clinch.
