Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Anderson Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Arthur Mashego!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to clinch up but Mashego circles away and keeps his distance.
A left and a right from Mashego both land. Nice combination.
Silva swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mashego counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Silva misses with a head kick.
Mashego lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Silva can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Mashego and Silva drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Mashego.
