The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knoxville leaves Azz with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Azz will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Azz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Knoxville as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bad Azz. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice sprawl there from Knoxville as Azz shoots in.
A head kick from Knoxville lands but Azz takes it in his stride.

Azz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Knoxville's waist but Knoxville gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Azz off to one side.

Azz shoots in looking for a takedown but Knoxville manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Azz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
