Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vpered kPobede (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Otis Gein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). kPobede comes to the cage accompanied by Kalinka. Gein is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Puritania. Otis Gein has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Vpered kPobede's chin.

Gein closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The fighters circle momentarily. Gein darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Gein throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and kPobede counters with a head kick. That will keep Gein thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Gein fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. kPobede looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

kPobede keeps the fight on the outside.
Gein scores with a jab to the jaw.
Gein uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

and kPobede counters with an outside leg kick.

Gein scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Gein will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

kPobede is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

and Gein counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Gein fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but kPobede is out of range.

and kPobede counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Gein misses the jab.
kPobede throws a front kick aimed at Gein's knee but Gein avoids it well.
kPobede throws a leg kick but Gein sees it coming and moves out of range.
And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Vpered kPobede.
I think kPobede has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
