The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Styles tenderised Fighter's leg. Fighter is trying to keep his angry face on.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Maniacal Styles.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fighter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Styles's waist but Styles gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fighter off to one side.
Maniacal Styles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Fighter.
