Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ceraru Florin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurtis Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawk has chosen All I Want by A Day to Remember as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, William Peck and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Florin throws a head kick but Hawk moves out of range.
Florin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hawk sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Hawk misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Oooooh!!! Hawk has knocked Florin down with a huge combo! Hawk steps away and waves a wobbly Florin back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

and Florin counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Florin drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hawk looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hawk looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hawk!
Florin is trying to get back to his feet.
Florin takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Hawk looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Florin is not content to let Hawk control the position.

Ceraru Florin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The referee warns Florin that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Hawk has control of Florin's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Florin regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Kurtis Hawk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

Hawk is trying to push Florin away but Florin has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Florin tightens his grip and picks Hawk up, before dumping him to the ground. Hawk manages to land in guard.

Florin wants to stand and escape but instead Hawk has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Florin tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Hawk cracks Florin with a solid left hand.
Florin thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Florin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hawk gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Kurtis Hawk hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Hawk dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hawk misses with a head kick.
Hawk throws a nice looking combination but Florin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hawk lands with a slapping head kick.
Hawk shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Florin eats them both and turns towards Hawk to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Hawk drives through and clinches with Florin against the cage.

and Hawk cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hawk rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Florin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Sloppy strikes from Hawk. Those never looked like landing.
Hawk swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hawk throws a right hand that Florin ducks under and follows up with a left that Florin also avoids with ease.
Florin shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hawk throws a right and a left that both miss.
Florin just misses with a punch to the body.
Florin fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and Florin counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hawk's guard now.
