The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ramirez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ramirez seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jackson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Ramirez is really struggling to control Jackson but he's trying to hold on to the position.

We're going to have a standup here because Cain Ramirez wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

That was a close second round but I would say that Cain Ramirez will probably get the nod.

Ramirez has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jackson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
John Jackson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jackson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ramirez has him pressed against the cage.

Jackson lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

I would just about give that final round to John Jackson.
I think Ramirez has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
