Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hunter Hearst Helmsley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle LeBlanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helmsley comes to the cage accompanied by hhh. LeBlanc comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Watch The World Burn kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Hunter Hearst Helmsley had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 267.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hunter Hearst Helmsley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kyle LeBlanc!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helmsley tries to score a power double leg takedown but LeBlanc sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Helmsley somewhat.
LeBlanc throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Helmsley on the side of the head.


It looks like Hunter Hearst Helmsley has been cut.
LeBlanc connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Helmsley momentarily.
Helmsley on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Helmsley shoots in and gets a takedown into LeBlanc's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
LeBlanc is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Helmsley wants to get back to full guard.
LeBlanc wants to lay and pray for a moment but Helmsley keeps working.
Helmsley has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. LeBlanc is working away from the top position though.
LeBlanc trying to control the action but Helmsley is working from the bottom.

Helmsley is in trouble now - LeBlanc has advanced to mount!

LeBlanc avoids the attempt from Helmsley to control.
Helmsley holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as LeBlanc tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Helmsley wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by LeBlanc.
Helmsley on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Helmsley tries to get out of the position.
LeBlanc forces the positional change into back control.
LeBlanc should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

LeBlanc has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Helmsley has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
LeBlanc gets his hands free as Helmsley looks to control.
LeBlanc is hanging on to Helmsley's back as he tries to escape.
Helmsley looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Helmsley is breathing heavily.
Even with his hooks in, LeBlanc manages to miss with strikes from the back.
Helmsley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for LeBlanc on the ground.
Helmsley manages to reverse the position and now he's in LeBlanc's guard. Nice work there by Helmsley.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Helmsley throws a big right hand that misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
LeBlanc tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
LeBlanc is trying to control the position but Helmsley postures up.
Helmsley won't allow LeBlanc to sweep him here.
LeBlanc is trying to keep Helmsley in close.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kyle LeBlanc.

Helmsley looking to score a takedown here. LeBlanc is defending well but Helmsley drives through and ends up in LeBlanc's guard.
Helmsley wants to control from the top but LeBlanc keeps moving.
LeBlanc manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Helmsley manages to get himself to full guard.

LeBlanc sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Helmsley's guard.
LeBlanc wants to take a breather but Helmsley is having none of it.
Helmsley gets full guard.
Helmsley not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
LeBlanc passes Helmsley's left leg - he's now in half guard.

LeBlanc is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Helmsley defends it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kyle LeBlanc dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Hunter Hearst Helmsley's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Helmsley throws a combination that misses
and Helmsley takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
LeBlanc lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Helmsley fails with the takedown.
Helmsley drops his hands momentarily and LeBlanc takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
LeBlanc connects with a nice looking jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Helmsley is defended easily by LeBlanc.
LeBlanc listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.


Helmsley is rocked!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

LeBlanc grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Helmsley takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! LeBlanc cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kyle LeBlanc!
