Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ganja Lover!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lo Hung Sak!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lover fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sak avoids it really well and circles away.
Lover shoots in and drives through. Sak sprawls well.
A slapping leg kick lands for Sak.
Sak lands a big head kick that sends Lover tumbling to the mat! Sak takes a step backwards and waves Lover back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Ganja Lover has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lover is defended easily by Sak.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ganja Lover. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lover misses with a series of wild punches.
Lover changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sak tries to avoid it but Lover manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sak to the ground. Sak escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A nice inside leg kick there by Sak. That's going to slow Lover down.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Lover. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Lover is breathing heavily.
Sloppy strikes from Lover. Those never looked like landing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sak seems to be stalking Lover here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Lover drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
