Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Mann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Mant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mant rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Mann counters with a shoot takedown. Mant fights it but they end up in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Mant lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Mant throws a hook but Mann avoids it easily.
Mant looks to throw the jab but Mann is out of range.
Mant cracks a nice hook into Mann's ribs.
Mant sizes up Mann with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Mann's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mant connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Mann scrambles back to his feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Mant is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Mant throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Mann on the side of the head.
