Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Choi Siwon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sheikh Hasina Wazed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wazed has chosen Mercedes Sosa - Como la Cigarra as his entrance music. Choi Siwon could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Sheikh Hasina Wazed's chin.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Sheikh Hasina Wazed hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Siwon is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Wazed to slip a leg under and get back to full guard.

Wazed has his foot on Siwon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Siwon works his way back into a safe position though.
Siwon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wazed swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Wazed had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Siwon defends it easily.

Siwon is looking to work some ground and pound but Wazed has wrist control.

Wazed is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Siwon defends well.

Siwon decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Siwon is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Wazed wants to control but Siwon is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Siwon is stalling here. Wazed is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Siwon seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Wazed has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Wazed wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Siwon, who protects the arm well.

Wazed is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Siwon is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Wazed. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Wazed is looking to take a break and control but Siwon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Choi Siwon.
Well Wazed has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
