Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cj Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Montana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Montana has chosen "We are the Champions" by Queen as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Montana!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, John Mangel and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn throws a jab when Montana was well out of range.
Penn throws a left and a right that both miss

and Montana holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Penn stalling against the cage.
Montana tries to pull guard but Penn holds him up against the cage and eventually Montana drops back down to his feet.
Penn is trying to maintain a safe position but Montana gets an underhook and turns Penn into the cage.
Penn has had enough of the clinch but Montana keeps him there for the moment.

Montana jumps into guard, dragging Penn to the mat.
Penn throws a strike but Montana rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Montana stays in close to Penn's body and controls the position.

Montana drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Montana jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Montana won't allow Penn to get back to his feet.
Montana pushes down on Penn's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Montana is trying for a kimura here. Penn looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Montana wins by kimura!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Joe Montana!
