Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark McKagan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacare dos Diabos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McKagan comes to the cage accompanied by Ranma 1/2 - Kung fu fighting. dos Diabos comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Festivo - Zatoichi OST kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
dos Diabos doesn't manage to clinch there - McKagan circles away.

dos Diabos fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt McKagan.

dos Diabos lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
dos Diabos thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed McKagan's head.
dos Diabos wants to free his trapped foot but McKagan is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

dos Diabos is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
McKagan throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

dos Diabos uses his free foot to push down on McKagan's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for McKagan.

dos Diabos looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

McKagan avoids the head kick by dos Diabos.
