Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between I Shiv (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Swearengen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Shiv might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Calcutta. Swearengen has chosen A Story From North America as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Swearengen lands an impressive looking overhand right. Shiv doesn't seem phased though.
Shiv misses with a shot to the body
and Swearengen counters with a straight right hand.
Shiv thows a leg kick but Swearengen checks it

The fighters circling - Swearengen throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

That was a close round but I would say that I Shiv will probably get the nod.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Swearengen has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

I Shiv is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Swearengen throws a lazy right hand but Shiv sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and Shiv counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Swearengen thinking.
Shiv sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Swearengen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Shiv buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Shiv bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

and Shiv takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Shiv looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

I Shiv dominated that second round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Swearengen has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Shiv finds it's way round the side to connect with Swearengen's head.

Shiv connects with a leg kick. Swearengen looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
