The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Ottavainen lands but Wyatt takes it in his stride.

and Wyatt counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Ottavainen shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wyatt as he avoids it easily.

and Wyatt counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Ottavainen is breathing heavily.
Ottavainen throws a head kick that misses
and Wyatt counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ottavainen slips a jab from Wyatt.
Wyatt connects with a solid leg kick.
Wyatt dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Wyatt scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Wyatt bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Wyatt fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Ottavainen to the ground. Wyatt is now in Ottavainen's guard.
Wyatt stays in close to Ottavainen's body and controls the position.

and Wyatt counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

letting Wyatt counter with a right hand.
Ottavainen avoids the body shot from Wyatt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Wyatt turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Ottavainen takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Wyatt throws a series of punches but Ottavainen avoids them all with ease.

Wyatt throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ottavainen was covering up waiting for the punch and Wyatt finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Wyatt slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Wyatt's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Let's hope that Wyatt has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
