Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Willwerth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Salazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Salazar's choice of entrance music: Mama Said Knock you Out. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Juan Salazar was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salazar will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Willwerth changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Salazar looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Willwerth has his foot on Salazar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Salazar works his way back into a safe position though.

Willwerth has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Salazar has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
You can see the frustration on Salazar's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Willwerth has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Salazar! Can he survive? No! He's out! Willwerth gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
