These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller tries to clinch up

It looks like Jason Miller has been cut.
No luck for Jones with that takedown attempt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Miller gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Jones closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jones lands in his opponent's guard.

Jones knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Miller on the ground.

Jones shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Miller throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Miller is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Jones is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Miller defends it well.

Miller looking for a sweep. Not yet Miller, not yet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Miller will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Miller swivels though and keeps the full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Arthur Jones showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Jones has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
