A fine choice. Leik Ards looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ards swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Russell counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Leik Ards has been cut.
Russell lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Russell lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Ards at a distance.
Ards is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oh Ards is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Russell misses with a hook. Ards ducked under it nicely.

Ards is aggressively charging in as Russell backs up avoiding any damage. Russell tosses out a jab and Ards runs right into it face first! Ards is out cold! Russell dropped down on all fours and is barking in Ards's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
