Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucky Helmet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helmet has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Lucky Helmet has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Helmet gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jones to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Helmet wants to sweep here but Jones controlling him for the moment.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Jones's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Jones has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

We're going to have a standup here because Jon Jones wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Jones misses with a low kick.
A head kick misses from Helmet.
Helmet throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
Helmet misses with an attempted mid kick.
A head kick misses from Helmet.
Helmet goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Jones closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jones lands in his opponent's guard.
Jones seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Jones's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Jones slips nicely into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Jones in particular looking to stall.
Jones passes the guard and advances to mount!
Jones controlling the pace for now.
Helmet has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Jones is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Helmet won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Jones off his unconscious opponent!
