Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trainer Box (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Motta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Motta throws a series of strikes that have Box backpedaling.
Motta misses with a double jab
and Box counters with a stiff right hand.
Box ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Motta throws a hook but Box avoids it easily.
Motta lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Box circles away quickly and effectively.
A bone on bone clash there as Box blocks the leg kick.
Box throws a hook but Motta avoids it easily.

Motta throws a left and a right that both miss
and Box cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Motta takes a swing at Box's ribcage but misses.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Motta postures up in Box's guard and throws a big left but Box blocks it.
