Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takahashi misses with a double jab

and Silva counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Takahashi!

Silva drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Silva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Silva is looking to stand up but Takahashi won't let him.
Silva tries to free his leg and advance position but Takahashi is retaining full guard.

Takahashi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Silva defends well.

Takahashi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silva is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Takahashi is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Takahashi flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Silva anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Takahashi and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Silva slips an arm under Takahashi chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Silva has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Silva is squeezing on Takahashi like an anaconda would it's prey. Takahashi fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
