Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nick Bryant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Razer Mohammed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mohammed has chosen Ca fait mal remix as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Nick Bryant has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mohammed shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
letting Bryant counter with a right hand.

Bryant postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Mohammed is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bryant, into his guard.
Bryant bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mohammed's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mohammed throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Bryant drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bryant jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Bryant gets to his feet - Mohammed follows without any prompting.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bryant connects with a nice short shot to Mohammed's temple.

Bryant is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Mohammed is surviving well by controlling Bryant's body position as best he can.

Bryant has control of Mohammed's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Mohammed regains control of the situation pretty easily.
