The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fly throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Stout counters with a stiff right hand.
Fly throws a lazy head kick
letting Stout counter with a right hand.
Fly misses with a double jab
and Stout counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Fly throws a combination that misses
and Stout counters with a stiff right hand.

Stout rushes Fly and presses him up against the cage.
Fly drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Stout gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Fly is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Stout pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Stout displaying some good clinch control by pressing Fly up against the cage.
Stout unloads a knee to the mid-section. Fly lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

It looks like Jimmie Fly has been cut.
Fly looks gassed!
Fly is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Stout pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Sam Stout has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmie Fly.
Stout scores with a knee to the head.
Stout has Fly pressed against the cage.
Fly takes a knee right on the jaw!
Stout lands a nice uppercut.

Fly is rocked!
Stout creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Fly with a big uppercut! Fly tries to clinch up but Stout pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Fly to the mat! Fly covers up and Stout unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
