Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dexter Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Garry Dupuis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morgan comes to the cage accompanied by Hear Me Now. Dupuis has chosen Warriors Of Time by Black Tide as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Dexter Morgan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Garry Dupuis's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dupuis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Morgan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Dupuis chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Morgan can pounce on him.
Dupuis tries to clinch up but Morgan circles away and keeps his distance.
Dupuis misses with a two punch combination.

Morgan tries to keep at a distance but Dupuis has taken the fight into the clinch.
Dupuis gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Morgan.

Dupuis pulls guard effortlessly.
Morgan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dupuis works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Morgan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Morgan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dupuis swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dupuis is trying to hold Morgan in close to prevent damage but Morgan has managed to pass into half guard.
Morgan is pressing down on Dupuis's thigh, looking to free his foot. Dupuis is holding on for now.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Morgan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dupuis defends well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Morgan has hold of Dupuis's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Dupuis manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Dupuis takes the fight into the clinch.

Dupuis works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

and Morgan counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dupuis won't be happy with that.
Morgan misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Morgan is looking to take a break and control but Dupuis is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Morgan creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Dupuis sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
