Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Slugga Chops (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucky Strike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Slugga Chops!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lucky Strike!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chops tries to clinch but Strike is having none of it.
Strike feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Chopss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Strike throws a head kick that misses.

Chops tries to keep at a distance but Strike has taken the fight into the clinch.

Strike breaks the clinch.
Chops lands with a nice combination. Strike backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Lucky Strike has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Chops tries to close the distance and clinch up but Strike swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Strike throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Slugga Chops has been cut.
The crowd cheers as Strike lands an impressive looking overhand right. Chops doesn't seem phased though.
Chops throws a series of punches but Strike avoids them all with ease.
Strike lands a head kick. Chops smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Chops takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Strike gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Chops to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Chops wants to pass the guard but Strike is keeping the position.
Chops is breathing heavily.
Chops working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Strike wants to stand and escape but Chops is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Chops drops back looking for a leg! Strike is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Strike manages to kick Chops off! Chops jumps back into Strike's guard.

Chops stands and steps away. Strike gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Chops throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Strike was covering up waiting for the punch and Chops finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Chops trying to control the position from guard on top but Strike is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Chops loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Chops controlling from the top position.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Chops stands up and waves to Strike to follow him.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Chops will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Strike.
Strike throws a series of strikes that have Chops backpedaling.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Strike connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Chops's hands.
Strike lands a nice looking body kick.
Strike lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Strike cracks Chops with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Strike has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Chops to stand back up!

Chops is rocked!
Strike scores with a shot to the body.
Oh Chops is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Strike keeps Chops at a distance using the push kick.
Chops seems to have got his legs back now.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Strike! Chops is out on his feet! Strike rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Chops is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Chops is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
