Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aewult Byrne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Odafin Tutuola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tutuola takes one on the button.
Byrne changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Byrne misses with a left hand

and Tutuola counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Byrne is working an open guard so Tutuola takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Tutuola throws a low kick but Byrne avoids it.
Byrne throws a lazy uppercut

and Tutuola holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Tutuola lands a takedown into guard.
Byrne utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tutuola is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Tutuola must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Byrne escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tutuola gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Byrne wants to sweep but Tutuola has passed to side control!

Tutuola is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Byrne is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Tutuola jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Byrne is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Byrne and Tutuola has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Tutuola has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Byrne throws a leg kick that misses.

Tutuola drops Byrne with a right and a left! Tutuola comes rushing in but Byrne regains his composure and manages to keep Tutuola in guard.

It looks like Aewult Byrne has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tutuola lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Byrne wants to get back to full guard but Tutuola has passed into side control.
Byrne seems to have got his legs back now.

Tutuola decides to stand up, so the ref orders Byrne to his feet.
Tutuola avoids the head kick by Byrne.

Tutuola closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tutuola lands in his opponent's guard.
Tutuola wants to control from the top but Byrne keeps moving.
Tutuola is in close to Byrne's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Tutuola drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tutuola jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Tutuola is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Tutuola stands and steps away. Byrne gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Tutuola counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Byrne falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
