Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Pendragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Calvin Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Calvin Fisher enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mike Pendragon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Calvin Fisher!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pendragon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fisher tries to avoid it but Pendragon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fisher to the ground. Fisher escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Pendragon falls off balance throwing a combination
and Fisher counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Pendragon throws a combination that misses

and Fisher decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Pendragon's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Pendragon kicks Fisher off and gets to his feet.
Pendragon slaps away a takedown attempt from Fisher, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Fisher clinches up against the cage.

Fisher breaks from the clinch.
Pendragon scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Fisher throws a lazy head kick

and Pendragon counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Pendragon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fisher swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pendragon works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Fisher is trying to control but can't.
Pendragon works his way into full mount!
Fisher tries to lock up and control but Pendragon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Pendragon wants to control the pace but Fisher is squirming around nicely.

Pendragon goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Fisher turns into him and now he's in Pendragon's guard.
Pendragon wants to sweep here but Fisher controlling him for the moment.
Fisher throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Pendragon works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Pendragon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fisher gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Fisher got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pendragon has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Fisher has managed to get both his arms back between Pendragon's legs - danger averted.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Pendragon uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Pendragon misses with a few strikes there.
Pendragon misses with a combination
and Fisher counters with a good, hard body kick but Pendragon shrugs it off.
Fisher fails with a takedown attempt.

Fisher looks gassed!
Fisher wants to sweep here but Pendragon controlling him for the moment.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Pendragon looking to pass the guard.
Pendragon is in close to Fisher's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Fisher should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Pendragon works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Pendragon is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Fisher is trying to stand back up but Pendragon is controlling him
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fisher trying to control from the bottom.
Pendragon works his way into side control.

Pendragon is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Fisher is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Pendragon is staying tight to Fisher's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Pendragon lands a nice forearm strike.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Pendragon has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Fisher is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Pendragon yanks on the arm and Fisher is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Pendragon.
