The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potter dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

and Mercer counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Mercer.

Mercer is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Potter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mercer on the ground.
