PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terry Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morris comes to the cage accompanied by Neodammerung. On his way into the cage it seems that Terry Morris has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Terry Morris seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Morris decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jones's guard.

Morris throws a strike but Jones rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Morris swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Morris wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Terry Morris has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Jones scores with a nice body kick.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Morris crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jones - the referee stops the clock and Morris gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jones. Morris manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Morris bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jones's guard.
