Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tyler Moore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Zero Kazama!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Kazama counters with a takedown into side control.
Kazama trying to control the action but Moore is working from the bottom.
Moore is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Kazama looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Moore is trying to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Moore misses with a two punch combination.
Kazama throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

and Kazama counters with a thumping low kick.

and Kazama counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Kazama is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Moore is just riding it out for now. Kazama eventually gives up the hold.
Moore tries to kick Kazama off but Kazama keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kazama closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Kazama shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Moore's guard.

Moore has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Kazama's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kazama duly obliges.

Kazama looks up at the clock and then as Moore takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Kazama smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zero Kazama comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Kazama has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
